Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Muffins Recipe (Gluten Free!)
When we accommodate guests with special dietary needs, we like to create a menu that all the guests enjoy without knowing there are any “restrictions.” These muffins we recently created have to top our list of favorites!
Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees. Cover 12 cup muffin pan with paper muffins cups. In a large mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, bananas, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until even consistency. Fill muffins cups 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes.
Yield: 12 muffins.
